OUR STORY

In 2016, Inferno Concrete Pumping was added under the Thompson Concrete umbrella with the partnership of Jeff Craiglow with Onsite Concrete Pumping. We were able to offer our clients and other builders a concrete pump option. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our pump truck fleet, which currently consists of ten well-maintained concrete pumps!

Scott Thompson

President and Owner

Scott has been a part of the concrete pumping industry for 36 years. He started Thompson Concrete 32 years ago. He is especially proud of the culture of servant leadership here at Inferno Concrete Pumping.

Outside of work, Scott is married to his wife and best friend, Lauren. He has five children, three of whom work at Thompson Concrete. He enjoys boating, snow skiing, church, and hanging out with family and friends.

Brad Thompson

VP - Foundations Division

Brad Thompson has been a part of the concrete industry for 21 years. He takes great pride in being with a company that truly lives its values every day. His driving force is working with teammates that have a passion and spirit to succeed.

Inferno Concrete Pumping cares about empowering its employees to become the best version of themselves. This hard-to-replicate culture, where employees are put first and invested in, allows for smart growth and expansion.

Outside work, Brad enjoys being a husband, father, baseball coach, and pilot.

Ron Ball

Director of Operations

Ron joined the Inferno Family in 2019 under the guidance and mentorship of our former director of operations, Jeff Craiglow. Ron is a 2004 graduate of Bloom Carroll and a 2008 graduate of Robert Morris University. Ron and his wife Kaycee have been married since 2007 and have three children - Logan, Lily & Luke. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending every country concert Kaycee drags him to, and sitting on his couch watching sporting events. His favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption.

JULIE WILSON

Admin / Dispatch / Schedule

Julie has held the position of admin, dispatch and scheduler for six years. She is a 2004 graduate of Buckeye Trail High School. She and her husband, Eric, have been married since 2004 and have two children -- Devin & Anna. Julie’s hobby is being a sports mom! There's nothing she loves more! From being a taxi to and from football and volleyball practices to never missing a game, she is definitely her kids’ biggest fan! Her favorite show is Yellowstone. She has no specific favorite movie but likes anything with Kevin Costner or Charlie Hunnam.

Ralphie Davis

Mechanic/Operator/Jack of All Trades

Ralphie has 27 years of experience in the pumping industry. He is a 1996 graduate of Amanda Clearcreek High School. Ralphie has two children, Alissa and Dalton. His favorite television show is Yellowstone, and his favorite movies are Urban Cowboy and all the Rocky movies. Fixing things is his favorite hobby.

LARRY WILSON

Operator

Larry is our newest operator. He is a 2002 graduate of Miller High School, is married to his wife, Destiny, and has a son, Walker. His favorite movie is Lone Survivor, and his favorite hobby is hunting.

Jacob Harmon

Jacob has two years’ experience pumping concrete but has spent his lifetime in the industry as he is the son of our most senior operator! Jacob is a 2020 graduate of Berne Union High School. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. His favorite show is Yellowstone.

Jesse Osborne

Jesse has one year of experience in the pumping industry as an operator and is a 2012 graduate of Canal Winchester High School. He is married to his wife, Amy, and has a daughter, Landon, and a son, Banks, on the way. His favorite movie is Remember the Titans, and his favorite hobby is spending time with his family.

Brad Harmon

Meet Brad Harmon, who has been pumping concrete for 25 years. Brad is a 1989 graduate of Fairfield Union High School. He and his wife, Lucinda, have three children - Derek, Jacob, and Faith. Brad's favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and pumping concrete.
